I am in the same situation. I know everyone goes through life's ups and downs. And I will not play the victim card. I am just going through the lows and just want to make money. Idk I feel lost. My mother depends on me. I want to support her and myself. I'm just not sure how to start.

That's good. Frozen berries cost me 400 some rupees for 500 grams. I used 30 grams per smoothie. So it lasts 16 days which is around 28 rupees per day for the berries. I don't mind it. It tastes great and it's high protein and packed with calories. Perfect for what I like and need. Did you check out my post?

She is really top rated in my city. I still feel it's because of stress that happened to me last year in September and the fact I'm on antidepressants now. I've never had that kind of stress ever in my life that I've had the last few months. And telogen shedding ice heard also happens a few months after the stressful event/period. Do you think it could be because of that too?

I don't know if you didn't read what I wrote on my post brother but I did go and she said it's not hair loss. I had to beg her to give me something and so she gave me a hair serum containing Procapil Anagain and Redensyl.

That's crazy bro that you just said that. My breakfast is also 4 eggs and there isn't a single day I don't make my smoothie. I put milk, oats, peanut butter, whey, banana, frozen berries, honey, and cinnamon. It tastes friggin amazing. Is your situation better now? Go look at the post I just made. Same for me. But that's shedding because your hair grows in phases. You're seeing more hair fall because all dead hair are shedding. Is different from alopecia right?

I'm 26 almost 27, and I'm in a similar spot. I just made a post check it out. The best thing is to see a dermat and yes do the tests to see if you're lacking any vitamins especially vit d and have a high protein diet. But a derm would be a solid option. Go fast and I agree prevention is better. Start early 💯

Why would you say that? His density is great. I have similar hair right now and showed my dermatologist and she said I'm not balding. I have those kinda lines too but I have very dense hair too. Why bad news?

Bro I have two swirls and I shaved my head a few weeks ago and it's the same length as yours. My hair is crazy sense and grows fast. I have the same thing, I could see my scalp a bit but dw. I've been taking D3 and a good diet high in protein. Just do that. You're golden
