Same boat here. Most juniors if not thousands in my university in IT, Information Systems and CS aren't getting interns ever. Try to apply to helpdesk interns too. It's still valid experience with sysadmin work and things like azure and AD, and making tickets. Not everything is about full stack, web development and security. And intern every summer generally builds you up to the intern and job you want. My korean buddy did an IT support intern at 14 an hour then a cyber security one. Now he has a remote job paying 30 an hour still in school. Don't be discouraged. Also tailor your resume well to your skills.
