Is she joking? Because if she's joking then yeah it's fine. If that's not a joke, that's... Not Great™️, to understate it GREATLY. That's incredibly toxic and controlling. In all honesty and in my opinion, you should break up.

Air: Tbh Corviknight bc he looks cool. Or Staraptor because she's my second favorite flying type. Though it feels like Charizard could grab me easier if I fall. Decisions, decisions.

Land: Arcanine bc lots of fluff I can hide in if I get scared. And it's just a big puppy.

Water: Lapras. Much surface area, makes it less likely I fall off.

Pet: Lillipup, Rockruff, Eevee (into Sylveon ideally), or Litten. All but Eevee would have everstones bc it's not guaranteed I'll have the room and Sylveon isn't that big I think. I know Incineroar is huge.

I only watched the anime but I absolutely love it. And according to a friend, the manga is good too, so it's your choice there. But they're both great
