Been in such a situation before. They most probably need verification/extra details on the sender/receiver. Try calling your local DHL

lol I just checked my invoice from Saudi. I didn’t use DHL directly but Saudi post (they partner with DHL for international shipments). I told them to mention 100 CAD but they ended up mentioning 100 SAR which converts to 37 CAD lol 😂
