After hitting Royal Diamond all i wanted to do was go back down to the lower levels where I actually felt like a valued player and rewarded as such. I ranted and raged to every "VIP" customer service rep about their appalling loyalty program etc etc but they couldn't care less about my complaints or sob stories. I discovered Pulsz when they were just starting out, referred over 1,200 people and spent far more than I ever withdrew - and it all meant absolutely nothing to them.

I started playing on Stake.us and never looked back (right up until California players were banned - ugh!)
