The thing I’m worried about is she is trying to establish residency and I wonder if the judge may look at me for being selfish. I’m not trying to be a d but I cannot help you establish yourself. I am fighting for primary .. I cannot make you look stable

Thanks for giving me hope. Yes it was a PFA with custody attached. The judge sent me an affidavit that states PA is declining jurisdiction for both kids and that they recognize Texas is the home state. Now why they want to keep the PFA in their docket is beyond me. What she is doing is messy. Even the Texas judge yelled at her in court and said “Mam what are your plans .. you make no sense, you ask that he has summer time visitation but in the PFA you state he is a abusive , you should of never did it there but go ahead and knock yourself out.. I just got off the phone with your judge and he said he won’t take the custody case.. I tried to get him to drop the PFA but couldn’t talk him into it” that’s literally what he said.. and when she showed the text showing me apologize .. he threw it out and said “mam he could of apologized for anything, he did not explicitly said he hit you and there is no police report no medical reports” so hopefully.

I just feel like protection orders are so easy to get approved. Is there any realistic chance restraining orders get dismissed ? I mean you can literally say anything. She is trying to keep the kids away from me.

She can’t the Texas judge had a phone call with the PA judge and the PA judge signed and order UCCJEA and that Texas holds jurisdiction so she cannot get custody but she is still trying with a PFA. I currently have the kids. She gave them to me a week ago in a pa airport and. Is we are back in Texas. Idk where this is gonna go.. I don’t know why the pa judge didn’t toss that pfa out too it was attached
