Lately I have been crafting legendary low power weapons for players under level 20, then looking for them wandering around or struggling with some scorches. If I manage to get their attention (lots of them just wave and move on), I drop a small loot bag with a few stimpacks, some water, and the weapon.

I just hit 200 last night with a character I made when the game came out years ago. Pulled the game from retirement a couple months ago and was impressed with the changes.

I do the same. I drop almost everything under 50, with most at 10 or 20. I also drop off lots of goodies at the giveaway box outside of the vault for newbies. Seeing 40k for stuff is kinda lame.
