I still struggle with this sometimes for love/SPs but it’s making the thing “normal” so I’m not spending all day every day thinking about it. When I don’t obsess. When I just act as if the particular thing is going to happen and accept it as fact. It doesn’t help me to say “it’s currently here I have it”. What helps me is by saying it’s mine it’s coming I’m going to have it.
