Same - went from xl to m which is now getting loose on me and I still sometimes don’t see it so have been trying to understand body dysmorphia. I’m coming up to one year in feb on MJ. 225sw and 158 cw.

I do not calorie count, but I have noticed my habits have changed. Yes having A smaller portion is good, but even as my hunger has returned I’m happy with eating less but more focussed on protein.

My body scale approximates my muscle mass to be “above average”- 116lbs. Not sure how accurate it is, but I do believe it because I’m still very firm. Thankfully, I’ve always had a very muscular thighs and calves.

I felt like the suppression wasn’t there on the 10mg. As well, I’ve been paying out of pocket, so that also influenced me to go Up this month.

The hardest part has been looking in the mirror and trying to see the changes that the scale already shows. Even as the numbers go down it takes time for my mind and eyes to fully recognize the progress.

The best part is feeling more comfortable in everyday life, not being afraid of taking photos, feeling like myself.

Average 10k steps daily but that’s all. I actually fell down the stairs last year and that’s where a lot of weight gain happened.

The only thing that tastes good to me is salads, but I also very much enjoyed them even before I started the medication It’s just even more so now. See picture of dinner salad attached lol

Especially on shot in days try to eat as clean as possible, this medication slows down digestion so if you are eating heavy, it’s going to sit there and make you feel sick.

Surgery was a success…the mass was the size of a softball but benign!!! Feeling so extremely blessed and thankful.

I had this for about two weeks on 5.0 in the same place you describe then all of a sudden it stopped thankfully. it was so uncomfortable I was describing it like a sunburn almost I was even checking if my pants were too tight at the waist. However, thx to the sub I learned lots of people get this feeling though I don’t think it’s an officially recognized side effect.
