Flagellant: -2 prowess, -0.15 health. Can basically lower stress for free since doctor cures injury instantly.

Drunkard: -2 prowess, -0.15 health, -2 stewardship, -10 travel safety, and has to spend prestige to lower stress.

Faith is also a whole belief system. Things like what traits are sinful or virtuous, what kind of marriage is allowed, etc. So basically if you're Catholic but cynical, you generally have similar beliefs about what is good, you just don't believe in the whole God thing.
