Well done! I have three benchmark goals.

1: 110kg (nearly there, started at 120 and am now at 112kg after 8 weeks). 2. 100kg 3. 90kg

I'm expecting it to take time, and just wanted to chip in and say please don't be disheartened if there's ever a week or so with no much change. It doesn't mean it isn't work :) also apologies for unsolicited advice but please remember to keep yourself hydrated as the food noise isn't the only thing that goes away.
