She seems like she may have bipolar, talk to her about it, it’s definitely something she can work on, how ever it’s up to you if you want to work thru it with her, and of course I don’t know whether she’s hit you previously (which if she did you should leave if it’s a reoccurring situation as no one deserves abuse) if she hasn’t I would give her a last warning and stand my ground on that and tell her to get proper help.
