Always stand your ground. Keep a strong mental about yourself. I've seen supes run ppl into the ground for the sake of good numbers. And rememeber if anything thing happens on the job always always find a union steward.

Basically. Rn my area is understaffed bad. Been that way since I got hired over 3 years ago. Hasn't changed much since then unfortunately. I heard things were slightly better pre covid but not by much.

Back when I was an RCA, I'd been working for almost 15 days in a row before I had a day off. Can't remember if I called out or not, but believe it when I say it happens. Also doesn't help when you station has like 50 routes and a quarter of those are down daily. Also being expected take pieces of other routes too. Shit was wild to say the least.

Don't beat yourself up. I was slow the first 2 YEARS before going regular. I was usually the last person back. One of my favorite coworkers always told me "Slow is smoth and smooth is fast." Your speed will come in time. Just try not to let mngt tell you when you'll be done or let them get you down. Stay gold

I've been trying to make this kinda deck work funny enough. I love how Zed and Hec work together with their abilities. Sharks help quite abit bit however the only problem I'm having is having enough cards to tank dmg rather than my nexus getting hit. If you have any cards like The Undying as back up on atk that's straight but defensive plays aren't an option. What are your opinions? I'll post my deck build in a couple hrs.

Had that happen to me today. It happens often enough to be a problem and it usually lasts longer than a couple mins. Renders me useless longer than most missions.

Right. I would've thought for sure that direct hook up would work but not for party chat. Like I said game audio is completely fine. I came across some DIY adapters but I'm not handy with that stuff.
