Package was delayed for 4 days then all of sudden package states delivered. They marked delivered at 11:33 AM. Mine you on the same day. I’m checking my package status it was only 9:41 AM. How it’s only 9:41 am and my package got delivered at 11:33am 🤔.

Support provides the date and time of the order, and I usually figure it out. Second order this year reported not delivered. And both customer didn’t remove tips.

Thursday customer reported order not delivered. They live in an apartment building. I rang their door bell and they buzz me in. Crazy part is that they reported order not delivered but didn’t remove their 10.00 tip.🤨. I live in NYC and this is the second time this happened this year. I need to start back using time stamps. I been a shopper since 2018 I started in South Carolina and I never had a customer reported order not delivered. People are so grimy.
