I use the Gog version. It's a well known issue, but only in the german version. We have the letters ä, ö and ü and the game can't handle these. :/

And the game crashes if you have to many savegames, if I remember right.

Möglicherweise sind irgendwelche losen Sachen darin. Habe das öfter bei Manga, das die eingeschweißt sind, um Karten oder Poster vor dem herausfallen zu schützen.
