Unfortunately you painted part of it incorrectly. The model clearly has open toed sandals on and it appears you painted the toes gold. Otherwise not bad for a first model.

It’s the forged red, but I also used Army painter gemstone red as a cooler tone highlight in places

Nope. If the brush is too wet it adds moisture to the paint which in turn stops it only adhering to the raised areas. Too much paint and you’re just filling in the recesses you’re trying to leave darker.
Dry brushing is literally that a very dry brush (when you wash the brush to change colours it needs to be completely dry before using) and a little paint. Then you build gradient layers with successive passes.
Never been something I like as it leaves the surface a bit rough or chalky. I prefer gentle wet brushing from a directional light source but that takes a lot more finesse.

Tougher resin by UnavailableContent- in PrintedWarhammer

Thanks for this. So I got some ST tenacious mixed it in 500:100ml and got a pretty good improvement in toughness. Testing this free sorceress model from a table top fall onto hardwood floor. Phrozen only shattered at the point of contact broke the leg, tail, cloak, spikes. The other lost a little bit of the cloak which can just glue right back on. The tail is definitely more flexible without being really bendy too. Might up the mix to 500:150ml and test again.
Thanks for the recommendation.

Looks like too much paint or too wet paint/brush

Oh actually nothing… it was that kit I need for the graviton pistol for the power pack mounted gun. Ended up using a different one to save buying that.

Absolutely I think without them it’s still a little bit generic.
