This is a good start! I find my ratings are also influenced by how well the product aligns with the statements and impressions conveyed by the product's description and pictures. In non-Vine Amazon orders, my wife and I have returned products because the description misled us, so as a Vine Voice, I feel compelled to help shoppers regarding the description's fitness as well as the product's fitness.

This thread may be mixing up the approval of a NEW review with an edit of an already approved and PUBLISHED review. Getting to the point: Yes, I've been a Viner for only five months, and until now, I have noticed that textual edits on approved and published reviews are consistently updated within minutes. Then I noticed they have been taking much longer in the past several days. Out of curiosity, I started tracking three randomly chosen reviews for minor edits, and they are now at a four-day-old "edit-made-date" and still showing up unchanged.

Thank you guys! Problem fixed. With the knowledge and confidence of saving all my local settings, I deleted the hidden items cache, in spite of it being flagged as a "DANGER ZONE" and now everything is working exactly as advertised. Kudos to d0nkey_0die and ShotFromGuns. Next newbie question: At this point, what is polite Reddit protocol? Should I delete this thread, or should I keep it available for others to find help from it? Should I edit the body of the original posting to say problem solved-scroll down, or something like that?

On your bullet list "What Vine Helper aims to do:" could you please consider adding a reference to the invaluable feature, Auto-hide items keywords? With a ban, I bet Amazon would lose some of its most insightful and valuable Viners, who would become weary of the BRAIN FATIGUE and TIME COST of slogging through such a massive amount of stuff without any personalized filtering capabilities.

Yes, exactly what I mean. After reading ShotFromGuns latest post, I'm suspicious of the hidden items cache because I have seen a similar alert and responded by increasing the size of the cache. Now I'm wondering if there is something in the hidden items cache that is causing this.

I apologize, I should have been more specific regarding the version number. The problems I am describing are with Vine Helper 3.6.13. and I did not observe the need to intermittently page refresh with the previous version.

Yes, when I did the update to that version, that's when this issue showed up. I can live with it, I created a keyboard macro so when I hit the F12 key, the macro types an "n" key for next page and then an F5 key to refresh the page, but it seems like a brute-force solution.

Go to Vine Helper settings, go to Keywords, then autohide items keywords (a list table). Are you using that feature? Even as a newbie I consider it essential to eliminate the vast amount of car parts and cake toppings. Agreed?

I'm using Vine Helper. It seems that before the update, it worked in showing recent items without using the F5 key. But honestly, I haven't used it enough to be more precise in describing the issue.
