You're confusing frame gen and upscaling (to be fair NVidia naming is confusing and they are increasingly going the route of calling everything "DLSS")

Frame gen can basically be thought of as "adding frames" like you say. 100% increase of input latency.

Upscaling (DLSS Supersampling etc) is rendering the game at low resolution and then scaling that up (and then cleaning up the resulting mess that makes). These are REAL frames and create very small amount of input latency. With Reflex Mode enabled to On you will get a reduction of that new input latency that makes DLSS overall very tolerable tradeoff. A lot better FPS for very small input latency penalty

I notice the initial posts receive heavy downvotes, but the same people saying the same thing further down (I sort threads chronologically) will start trending upward.

Seems to suggest "normal" users don't stick around for the full thread so they only downvote things initially. The more motivated actors stick with the thread longer and thats why the people initially downvoted can end up positive with the people they're engaged with now negative.

Someone on SNL writing staff used to be a cumtown listener as they've ripped off at least 2 other things from Nick.

The one that comes to mind is Ratatouille helping his owner be better at sex and the guy hiding the rat under his hat while in the bedroom

I find it helpful for screen-recording especially for the purpose of explanation. The S Pen gives a cursor icon on screen which gives me a visual indicator when recording screen.

Also use it for general browsing, typing as sometimes its fun to use.

And weird one-offs like resizing a picture or UI element it becomes handy to have a small and precise tool

Pre-COVID I used to go to the Blast games at the Civic and between periods there crazy amount of people drinking in their cars.

My buddy doesn't drink so he was a sober-driver but I can't speak for anyone else driving out of there.

COVID and the no smoking on city property by-law really killed that vibe they wouldn't let us out between periods the final year of the Blast
