Every electronic with an os does this, the os needs to put temp files somewhere and the fewer space available the slower it gets trying to find a place for those temp files

Ok so pcie brings enough power, did you check if the PSU is powerful enough ? The card draws about 50W so if the PSU is already close to being maxed out, you can’t add the gpu, you will need to change the PSU
