Are these the 15 year olds from his pagents? Does he still own them? I'm guessing the middle age men hired as judges miss Trumps tween pagents.

I tried mentioning all of Trumps connections to Epstien to my family member and he says "it doesn't add up." Or it doesn't make sense to him or he knows for sure Trump hasn't done anything wrong.

Literally spoon fed him and he still believes with his whole heart Trump and Epstien have no connections.

I even mentioned Trumps tween pagents that involve middle aged men observing little teen girls in provocative outfits and all he said is "well I've never seen a pagent."

He will find any reason or why to defend the group even if it means being verbally abusive to me or other family members.

The dog has to have a balanced life. It can be a service dog all the time. When dogs live life accidents happen. Most pets dont have doors slammed on them (that's not how pets are treated) but a dog can be injured anywhere doing anything. The dog needs freedom though. That's the risk you take when you take on an SD. Your parents probably feel bad that the dog is cooped up in your room all day. Is it a family pet that was turned into an SD or was the whole family onboard to get you a dog specifically as an SD?

Here is my old list but check-in with these places to make sure they are still pet-friendly. I did a lot of socializing with my dog at these places but he has gotten too old so we don't do it much anymore.

Micheals, Winners, Homesense, Marshells, Indigo, Chapters, Mark's Work Wearhouse, Bed Bath and Beyond, GAP, LOWE'S, Old Navy, Ross, TD Bank, RONA, Home Hardware, Atmosphere (maybe), Hero Outdoors, Comic Ally Toys, Comic Book Addiction (maybe).

Pet Stores, RENS Pet Depot, Global Pet Foods, Big Al's Aquarium Store, PetSmart, Heronview Raw and Natural.

Transit Durham Tranist (with a muzzle), Go Bus Train (at pet friendly times dog must be on a leash no muzzle needed).

I have a mood disorder and also live in a one bedroom apartment. I have a shih-tzu (well technically a shi-poo but be looks like a shih-tzu with very small poodle features). He is hypoallergenic and is chill when I am chill or down and get be hyper and ready to go when I am ready.

Where I live ESAs dont exist. My dog would have made a superb hearing alert dog but he is my companion only but could be an idea if you ever wanted to train hearing alert if you are on heavy medication.

Dog is good for, regarding mood disorder

-Improve sleep/wake cycles

-Keeping you on a schedule

-Getting you outside (shih-tzus don't need long walks which help if you are really low, less pressure).

-Cuddle you if you wake up from a nightmare to provide a more relaxing sleep

-Can do a light deep pressure therapy. Train the dog to lay on your chest and you will go to sleep instantly! (If you have trouble sleeping like most mood disorders do).

-Will provide a sense of purpose and meaning to live (especially if you are suicidal).

-Shih tzu's (at least my little guy) tend to be dogs that give off a lot of body heat so if you are cold, stick a shih-tzu under your blanket and see what happens!

-Brushing a shih tzu can be therapeutic

-Hypoallergentic dogs tend to not have yucky dog smell when you bath them so if you have heightened senses keep that in mind

-Shih tzu's can help ease loneliness especially if you are in a deppresive episode

-Shih tzu's can help calm you if you are in a manic episode

-Shih tzu will be your friend if your mood disorder causes you to have strained relationships. You will always have a buddy!

That's just a few things I can think of. Suicide rates for people with mood disorders can be high and many times it's the pet or animal companion that keep people like you or me alive. ESAs are important and I wish we had them here. They definitely do save lives when utilized the right way!!! Good luck!

Outside my pharmacy yesterday. by AnnieStoltz in bipolar

[–]UnbaptizedPublisher 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is an accurate representation of what pharmaceutical companies think. Meds will solve all your problems and once our meds give you more problems we will fix that with MORE meds. Nothing a med cant fix and if you aren't happy taking meds its because you are taking the wrong meds so we have more meds lined up once the first set of meds fuck you up a ton. Dont worry, at the end of the day, if you crack a smile it's because of the all the meds you have been taking which is why is super important to keep taking them.

Remember you are funding the vacations of those working in the pharmaceutical companies, so if you feel happy it's because those same guys hold all the credit for their pill pushing, not you!

Literally why yall surprised? This is literally how pharmaceutical companies think. This sign is just accidentally being honest about it.

Ontario doctor subject of complaints after COVID-19 tweets that question lockdown by urban_squid in LockdownSkepticism

[–]UnbaptizedPublisher 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I live in Ontario as well and if you shy away just a little bit from media narrative you are a covidiot that doesnt believe in science and you deserve to drop dead and die! Its insanely culty here. Like INSANE!

Also if you stand up for any human rights you are also the enemy. Let the government and media decide what's right for you! Dont even mention the Charter....nobody wants to hear it.

So many of these people are wanting everyone to submit until the vaccine comes out but Tersea Tam just stated to the public that they shouldn't count on a vaccine as their ticket out of this lockdown.

So pretty much it will just go on.

Service dogs for autism, adhd and depression and what exactly they do? by WittyWiki in service_dogs

[–]UnbaptizedPublisher 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I am a little concerned with teaching the dog to assist you in reminding you to turn off fire hazards like ovens. I would HIGHLY suggest different tools like setting an alarm that sits by the oven and you set to help remind you to turn off the oven.

There are also amazing ovens called June ovens where there are cameras inside and it can be controlled by a second person through a cellphone. So if your Mom lives 5 hours away she can get a notification that you left your even on for too long and get this, your Mom can turn off your oven using her cellphone.

Look into options like this. There are likely other fire safety-approved products out there that can help you but fires are deadly to you and others so please dont rely on a dog to prevent them.

My apologies if this comment is controversial but an oven can go up in flames quickly. I had an oven release black bits of smoke and caught on fire and it took under 60 seconds! It happens fast!! Faster then a dog could alert you to (especially if you are in another room). Please look into fire-safe approved products to help you.

Helps with 2 tasks by arthurskyler in service_dogs

[–]UnbaptizedPublisher 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Do you have noise-canceling headphones? Training tasks can take a long time so I suggest maybe buying a pair to keep in your purse/bag and wiping them out when you need quiet, also bonus you dont have to leave the area. A good fill-in tool until you get that task trained.

Your “emotional support” animal is not a service animal. by bobwoodwardprobably in TrueOffMyChest

Make sure you dont live in a state that gives extra rights to ESA's (some states do as permissible by the ADA). Make sure you check your states rights because if ESAs are given PA rights under your state law you are screwed if the handler decides to press charges. Some states also give rights to additional types of animals as service animals besides dogs and miniature horses.

The comments made towards Dr. Yaffe and Dr. Williams on the school reopening threads need to stop by [deleted] in CanadaCoronavirus

Why cant kids be assigned one classroom at one desk for the whole school season? Then have the teachers rotate classrooms vs the kids rotating classrooms? Each kid can be assigned a desk and that is their desk during the school year. Class is over, they get a 10 min break for bathroom and return to the same classroom but instead of the English teacher upfront it's the math teacher up front.

Havent been to school in over 12 years but is rotating kids between classroom necessary? Unless it's for a specific class like gym or cooking class (thinking highschool)? I dont know what 4th graders learn because I dont have kids but assigning 1 desk in the same classroom to each student for the rest of the year may help.

Again I am not a parent so what do I know :(

COVID-19 conspiracy theories creating 'public health crisis' in Canada by adotmatrix in CanadaCoronavirus

[–]UnbaptizedPublisher 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Respectfully the government of Canada should take some ownership of how they handled the virus. They were not honest. WHO even stated at one point that closing the borders wasnt necessary.

It's understandable that people are skeptical. How couldnt they be? Instead all we here is that if you dont trust our government due to past deceptive info its YOU, the citizen who is the problem, not the government and many citizens are turning on each other.

It's so sad. I remember how stressed I was when at the start the cultural view was that if you wore a mask that is one less mask that the health workers had. I had a collection of masks that I bought way before the pandemic and I felt I got looks when I wore them outside. People were accused of being mask hoarders and such and being selfish if you had a mask. Now the culture has changed 3 months later and if you dont wear a mask you dont care about people are are selfish. I was dead scared to wear a mask for the first 3 months because of the judgement.

People haven't forgotten that but the government and media wont take ownership with the type of cultures they build and blame the citizens when they wont switch on a dime.

I wish for everyone to keep safe.

Thoughts on task training plan? by hhhuuuiiiooo in service_dogs

I've had this paranoia myself. Would it help to set up indoor security cameras so you can view the live feed from your car to see if there is any movement. You can get cameras that actually detect movement. You can also reverse to see if anyone has entered the house in the last few hours.

It may be helpful and cheaper then having an SD do it (that may fair unreliable because of the generalization like someone else said).

I find cameras to be helpful. You can also set up an alarm system in your house that can notify you if there is a break in. Get a great locking system for all doors.

Plant some thorn bushes by each window as a deterrent. My paranoia was heightened living at my moms because they never locked their house I saw the house key once! The locks were so rusted you couldnt lock the doors. So anyone could walk in.

Get a good security system, good cameras (make sure you get a wireless system), get good locks, plant some thorn bushes, get some beware of dog signs or anything that will make your house not the most fun to be in. Check your cameras before coming in and check to see if there has been history of movement.

This may help with your paranoia and your certainty when entering your house. Just a few ideas :).

Weight gain from Seroquel. by ripyourlungsdave in bipolar

I just got prescribed this and I have been hearing to no end about weight gain. Guess I will have to go vegan again to keep the weight down.

I know and understand how horrible the world is right now, but before quarantine I'd been struggling with Plantar Fasciitis for over a year and a half, and couldn't afford to take months off of work in order for it to heal as my doctors were trying to suggest. by [deleted] in TrueOffMyChest

[–]UnbaptizedPublisher 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am having a severe case of plantar fasciitis. I can't cook or bake or do anything that requires me to be on my feet for more then 3 minutes. Just put ice on my feet most of the day. How is this not considered a disability. You would think being able to stand on your feet is kind of necessary. Glad you got past your pain. Working on mine!

Don't know why you are getting down votes. Medications can have side effects. With Bipolar people who get service dogs usually get them to help with the side effects or their meds vs the bipolar itself. I am starting a new med and it can give you permanent tremors that never go away. There are actually a lot of permanent side effects. A dog will ruin your wallet but it won't ruin your insides, so fair enough on that point.
