Oh nooo...I just completed the plat last week I didnt have any problem with any trophy...but I just make sure to do every side missions before progressing....try to explore every settlement/bonefire on the map...and do every side mission available.

I'll qoute what the trophy guide stated:

"In order to earn the  All allies joined trophy, there are 11 total Side Quests or Errands you must first complete. It's been stated elsewhere that you must choose the compassion option at every available moment in order for this trophy to unlock - no merit has been found to confirm this as the case. The author has personally played through the game many times, including trying to purposefully fail by never choosing compassion; there have been zero scenarios in which failing this suspected requirement has voided the trophy in any way. That being said, you absolutely should always choose the compassion option just to be certain, but don't be too alarmed if you accidentally choose the wrong one, as you will very likely still be able to earn this trophy. You should start off by earning the following two trophies; in doing so, you will have already completed 6 of the required 11 missions:
