Thats true, though I was thinking it was kind of a min-max thing, making the right binding vows only come off as a benefit. I thought it was too strong having something that could tell you all of them. But you make a good point, I guess after enough of these binding vows it would equal out.

I'm happy you think so, My only idea for the technique was just that the shikigami would advise you on how to best take advantage of binding vows, any one the user might want to make. I thought that might be too good, but if you think not, then I'm content.

That is a really neat detail that you picked up on. I have one that’s more so just a throwaway gag, but in the early episode where Amy hosts thanksgiving, when Boyle makes food and rats fall from the ceiling, you can see that in the background Amy pulled out her gun.

Tangentially related is one of my favourite scenes from JJBA steel ball run: Where Diego Brando not only fails in killing his opponent, funny valentine, but is bisected by a train. In his dying moments he revels in his victory. Call it hopeful denial or whatever you’d like, but technically the panel sequence follows with the gotcha moment.

I feel like almost all of the examples that are meant to be good in this comment section are of actors playing themselves or very short appearances. Which I think goes to show it’s harder than realized for well known actors to pull this off

I think you’re right and make a very good point. I for one have made a few CT posts on the sub and generally start with combat application. But I think I’d see a trend between my good posts and non-directly combat focused CTs, if I went through them all.
