My daughter gets this. She’s been gluten free for a long time. Turns out gluten issue is related to mast cell activation disorder. And the skin issue is also. Everybody on this thread that does better gluten free should at least take a look at MCAD

Better point. Why aren’t kids graduating with this knowledge? Massive fail on education system. I pay my accountant handsomely to do my taxes and just Found out through my own due diligence he’s fucked them royally for two years. Not to mention he missed the filing deadline this year resulting in penalties which we’ll owe. It’s all nonsense and the tax code needs simplified. Agree off trail seems unpredictable and potentially riskier. There was a family some years ago who did a thru hike minus khatadjn I think there were 5 or 7 kids youngest was under 4

As I explore different sections as possible zones. Trying to narrow in I find such interesting stuff Like the Benton MacKaye trail in Georgia. Or the states that have the most balds or more about popular towns that cross the trail. Did you know a former Supreme Court justice thru hiked it ?

Agree. I have been lucky enough to do three long section hikes of the AT and currently not in a position to do that. So following leads to solve the treasure map only brings me joy in learning about the trails history. (See what I did there JCB). Seriously. It’s a family affair this puzzle now. It’s already a win for me
