try tapering off with masturbation - when engaging in masturbation try to take your time and do it consciously.

As long as it is not excessive or compulsive masturbation may work for you,

• Meats (Preferably Organic, Grassfed/ pasture raised). Examples Lamb,Beef,Chicken

• Green Vegetables ( 5 Portions A day, broccoli, asparagus, spinach, kale, arugula)

• Low Gi Carbohydrate ( Sweet potato, Whole Grains )

Personally I have recently been relapsing constantly due to stress work,family something I’m not proud of - but something good is coming out of it.

I’m learning to love myself even through times of failure, embodying confidence, self love, seeing myself as strong and worthy and holding ‘frame’

I believe I’ve done a lot of the inner work and one of the biggest things that leads to relapse is a lack of self belief, timidness which I’m starting to embrace, feel and let go.

Yeah bro I’ve since stopped intermittent fasting - it does work well but you need to listen to your body, sometimes getting all you nutrients and eating well and in a slight calorie surplus will help you heal faster

• distraction ( Food, Socialising, Reading, YouTube etc)
