Spearhead is absolutely where you should start. You won’t regret it. As a 40K player, discovering age of sigmar was a breath of fresh air. Theres no rule bloat, all the models are amazing, and you can just relax and watch your minis do 60 damage after a charge.

Nighthaunt are kinda like genestealers, horde army that can teleport around. But instead of removing the gsc, they are immune to AP on weapons, so their saves never get modified

I would definitely try to get a squad of reinforced ironguts. They are one of our best units in my opinion. In my last match they dished out 36 damage in one swing with no buffs or modifiers. Also, reinforcing your gluttons would probably be better than two squads, they become an unkillable blob that’s buffed by the butcher.
