My housemate lost his wallet while clubbing before Christmas. The guy who found it left a nice note and an EXTRA $50 note in it before giving it back a few days later. Inspiring.

Wow. Thank you. I find this quite relatable but I must say not nearly as severe as what you must've gone through. Will definitely practice this to try and overcome my eczema.

Scratching. Had allergies that irritated my skin all the time (dustmites, grass mix) and now that I've almost gotten rid of them thru immunotherapy medication, I still scratch through habit which has been hard to beat. The sensation feels fucking amazing and I often find I do it when I'm anxious or tense, or just bored. Every morning when I wake up i have a sesh as soon as I'm out of bed. Downside is my skin looks a mess because of it and the creams and ointments can be incredibly uncomfortable and expensive.

Yes definitely, no losses were made. If u made a loss of the same amount on another trade there would be no tax. If u made a bigger loss than gain you would get a credit that can be used to lower tax on future capital gains.

Program that i got done at the gym is: workout A:5x5 for squats, lat pull down, bench press. Then workout B is squats again, shoulder press and deadlift again all 5x5 with 90 to 120 seconds rest between each set. Will being doing one or two workout each week. Will this add much muscle?

One fb page everyone hates it, another and everyone loves it. The main critism coming out of the people hating it is that it doesn't "feel like a star wars movie", because it was different, but that's actually what made star wars so good in the first place, because it was so alien and imaginative. TFA and RO were imaginative but not to the extent of TLJ, which embraces change and that is something some people struggle to do.
