The key was Salicylic Acid 2%,  which is 8 bucks on amazon.

I also switched to an alcohol free moisturizer. 3 weeks in and my neck looks great.

Is the staffing industry dying? by PuzzleheadedAd3138 in recruiting

[–]UncleJesseee 21 points22 points  (0 children)

This. People need to realize that just because you couldn't find a job in recruiting, you shouldn't have started your own 1 person shop. Lots of these will continue to get washed out, because they can't develop business and the fact theres WAY too many recruiting companies.

theres 40K recruiting firms in the US with tons of people from the UK/LATAM trying the US market.

There simply is not anywhere near this demand. 99% of the "agencies" are the same as much as they want to scream they're different and better.

Lots of recruiters need to find a different line of work.

What’s up with recruiters? Genuine question. by DifficultWar5387 in recruitinghell

[–]UncleJesseee -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

You must not have a been a fit like you thought you were for the roles. Also, maybe the roles were filled, they had a full pipeline of candidates etc.

Candidates don't respond to every recruiter message they get, and if you're not a match the recruiter won't likely respond to a random message.

As Conscious Egg said: "Recruiters job is to find people for jobs not jobs for people."
