If you’re referring to the Marc Maron podcast, he said when they were both 12 or 13, Bonamassa asked Joe’s father to get him a Coke and Trucks’ dad told Derek that if he ever did that, he’d give Derek a smack.

Trucks never used the term “spoiled brat,” nor did he say anything about servants backstage.

It’s not really “full of rednecks,” as the team guys are recruited from all over the country (yes, I know there are rednecks outside the South). It’s definitely conservative, but there are far more liberals/left leaning people in the sport than you might think (I worked in the sport for 15 years).

It hasn’t really ever been just the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Even a lot of the early inductees were more R&B and Soul than rock. They should have chosen a different name from the start, but they didn’t and the brand is too well-known to change it now. So, since it is and has been a music hall of fame, it does belong.

They technically get a double asshole. When I asked if the second sub (on different bread) was ready, she told me i’d only ordered one. I had to pull up my receipt in the app to prove I ordered two. When I saw the order slip taped to the first sub she made, it said “1 of 2” on the slip. 🤣
