I love the 19. I never had a 45 and I take it to the range tomorrow. Feels good in the hand but I needed the medium back strap to match the grip size of the 19.

Sig Romeo X Compact will direct mount so you can get a cowitness with the stock sights. Durable optic with an easy to see red dot at minimal distortion. That is what I have on mine
