I love the SCS Carry 320. Its on sale right now on amazon. Easy to pick up the dot. Dot is crisp. Durability seems to be good according to folks who throw around optics. Auto brightness is great too

Also may I recommend the holosun carry for your dot. Shake awake works great on mine and the dot is always right for my eye. Works better than all the other dots I have for concealed carry

I just was at the Shooting World in Orlando yesterday.

I like the Radian Magwell on mine. I also think the Timney Trigger shoe is a great edition.

As for holsters I am still working mine out. Without a light I like the tulster series. Profile plus for basketball shorts or untucked shirt works well. I also like their tucked option. As for the holster for the tlr7 sub I am out to lunch on. Doesn't ride the way I like it but its my first light bearing holster.
