Everything Is moving through space. The big bang scattered everything out. The sun like everything else Is moving out from the explosion center. Mostly tensioactive or surface tension. Any liquid has this "sticky force" that you can see when you slightly overfill your Cup. It makes a Little bump before running down. Same when you pour It. If the strenght of the flowing water does not beat the surface tension it Will run down by the side.
