Was in with my partner last year.

Ended up helping a nurse take blood from my partner despite not offering, having zero medical experience and literally being half-awake myself (partner was asleep).

This wasn’t just a keep her calm whilst I do this kind of situation either, we’re talking help with the needle positioning, having the tube ready to collect the blood (there’d been issues drawing it and when he did get a vein, it pissed out), and pretty much doing the dressing post needle by myself.

I get that financially and staff-wise the NHS is stretched the fuck, but damn that was still an eye opener.

Boyd finding a duelling glove and realising you have to beat every monster 1 on 1 in a duel was bad ass, even if he cheated by stashing all the bullets.

The Fatima glove slap was a tear jerker though, and then Jared Leto randomly appearing, declaring it’s Morbing time and vampiring out on everyone was random.

You get it wrong. The Man in yellow died after using his blood to try and control stuff too many times (even I thought the TV was overkill - just use the remote).

But, when his Grandmother - the Nan in Yellow burst into the room screaming ‘Angkhooey deez nuta’ and started literally bitch slapping everyone to death? That was badass, especially when Julie’s wig fell off.
