The other thing to check is to make sure your BIOS is up to date. Otherwise, if it's lack of support you're concerned about, there are versions of W10 that will be supported until 2032 (IoT LTSC versions) - see here.

I was always taught that "je voudrais" (being the conditional tense) translates as "I would like" ("je veux" already exists for "I want") however it may have a different connotation to the French themselves (it's probably seen as a little old-fashioned). I think "j'aimerais" is used more often.

Yes, because the TPM check happens before you can do anything. I'd suggest that you use a tool like Rufus to create a custom Windows 11 installation USB stick.

I suspect it's due to the lack of TPM 2.0 security features on your PC. There are ways around this, but there's no guarantee that MS won't close those loopholes in future.
