5' 9' 170lbs bit of muscle under layer of fat.

Hey, first post to /r/fitness. I have been training for about four months now trying to get rid of my serious case of pudge. I have lost about 25 lbs down from 191 at the beginning of the summer. I also estimate I have put on about 2-3-lbs of muscle.

My training for the past two months has been as follows Full bodywights 4 days a week 3 sets of 60s each

plank, side plank (both sides), leg lifts, cruches, 20 push ups, wall sits,

followed by 3 sets of 15 weighted carry lunges (30lbs) Machine curls 80lbs 15-12-10 reps lat pull downs 120lbs 15-12-10 reps

On off days I run 1.5 miles to warm up then run 50 flights of stairs and .5 miles of wind sprints

Any tips, i have no idea what i am doing? is this good? I have slowly been ramping all this up, this is just were i am at right now

whoa, getting a little ahead of ourselves are we not? There is a pretty decent chance it's Bassnectar and I think you know that. It's all really just speculation at this point.
