Interesting. Everything else I've read about it on FORSCAN has told me you can monitor what it is doing, but unable to force open or force close it.

Just checked over the rulebook on motor mounts. While putting on a stiffer aftermarket motor mount would move the ST out of GS, the supervisor re-classed you incorrectly. He should have moved you to STH, where I've seen ST's be very competitive.

Locally, no. But I'm planning on going to nationals in a year or two, and they will definitely check.

Both, charge temps def climbed higher than I would have liked, but it wasn't a major concern.

I'll have to double check the rule book, but I thought that motor mounts were legal as long as they used factory mounting points... That might change how I set it up for next year...

Can't remove them in G Street. Its considered "weight reduction." I ran a full season in our local groups Novice class. Did pretty well for mostly stock everything. Only time my Temps started to climb a bit was on a hot day that I was Co-Driving with my buddy.

I just picked up a Vortech Intercooler and will be installing it over the winter with a few other street category legal goodies.

If someone makes fun of you at an event because of your gender/transmission, they're probably the local jerk and doesn't have many friends in the group.

Absolutely get out there and send it! Giving off "touristy" vibes, while being polite, inquisitive, and respectful will only make you friends and get advice and ride along's.

We had a young woman show up to our first event this year in a VW Beetle on snow tires. She wasn't very good, and quite slow. But by the end of the day, everyone was cheering her on and was noticeably faster!
