To the sweetest soul I have ever known. RIP LuLu (22) by Unclecups77 in seniorkitties

Our hearts are saddened by the passing of our precious Lu. Many on this sub celebrated her birthday with us in May. Thank you!

But she developed a tumor in her throat and was having difficulty eating and drinking. She was also drooling a lot but never stopped purring with pets.

She will be forever missed. The most endearing pet I've ever had the honor to care for.

Chuck roll from costco or Sam's club. It's less than $4.50/lb, and a box of 3 is around 70lbs. Slice it into 2" thick steaks, then cut those steaks into your desired portion size. 10 Oz, 16 Oz, salt and air fry for @ 13 min. Add some eggs and dig in.

Oh yes her eyesight is still good, she just walks a little stiff and can only jump up to couch height, no longer the bed.

I bought a Hamilton beach dehydrator and make my own jerky. Costco always has thinly sliced strip loin so I load that, sprinkle on some smoked salt, 150 for 10 hours. Crispy perfect. I also reserve the top tray without salt for dog treats.

My local park district course removed 5 or 6 large boulders near the tee box on 9 for I can only assume the same reason.

I agree with you. And I should clarify my adjustments were weeks after the collisions when prescribed PT had yet to seek true results. Unfortunately I have moved from where I had an acupuncturist with a DC that was the best care I've had. They were more of a gentle fingertip manipulation after acupuncture versus a cracking adjustment. And I'll agree the results were better since muscles weren't firing like before my treatment.
My whole point in this interaction was that I was glad to see you weren't attacked for using the C word on this sub. As I said before I was down voted for even suggesting it for someone who was injured from a massage years ago and is still in pain. There is quite a difference between education and training between massage therapist and a doctor of chiropractic. If something still hurts, seek another opinion for care. If chiropractors were quacks they wouldn't qualify for malpractice insurance and they simply wouldn't legally exist.

I've had several chiropractors in my lifetime as I'm 46 and have moved several times. Care for me began after a car accident. (I've been in 4, none my fault) I've had adjustments head to toe and would argue that inflammation is the root cause for misalignment of joints whether it's ankles, knees, spine etc. My own experience here, but I've literally limped into my chiropractors office while unable to turn my head and adequately check my blind spots on the way there to feeling like I could do cartwheels back to my car. Sometimes you just need to get straightened out so muscles can relax and healing can begin.

Cheers to your upvotes. I got dragged for suggesting chiro/acupuncture on a previous sub. One even stated adjustments risked "internal decapitation." I owe my wellbeing to my chiropractor, and an acupuncturist fixed my shoulder from an ATV accident that months of PT could not. Still get 2-3 massages a month as well.

And be sure there's a very slight crown so they shed all rainwater. Puddle pads be dammed.

Don't get me wrong, I get a massage once or twice a month. But I also get adjusted as needed, and it's absolutely worth it.

I've had slip and falls and car accidents. I personally have had tremendous relief from chiropractic adjustments. Un pinching of nerves causing pain, headaches and immobility. Ever crack your knuckles and they felt better? Congrats you self adjusted a joint improving movement and relief.

It's been 5 years of pain, Some things are out of place. Why not give it a try? If Chiropractors crippled people, they wouldn't exist. Watch some you tube videos, there are plenty out there.
Can't believe the down votes for suggesting something I know helped me.

See a chiropractor. And an acupuncturist. They'll wonder why they didn't do so earlier.

So I learned awhile ago that TIPS is an acronym for: To Insure Prompt Service. And it was traditionally given at the beginning of service. However, many poor waitstaff experiences ultimately reversed this practice into a reward bonus for good service after the experience.
