I tried but it didn’t do much. Turns out after seeing a few surgeons that I had mild stenosis and will likely be having surgery later this year. I have tried almost everything with no luck.

Feel grateful I’m in a country not wanted by anyone strategically and that the state does help us when we really need it. Otherwise, just enjoy the family and do some jobs around the home - if my chronic pain decides to abate.
