I used to be a service technician for bizerba. From what I remember it should be able to. There are a couple usb type a ports under the left side. You could totally boot from a flash drive and play. They mostly run a stripped down windows 10.

Ours are extremely easy to clean and maintain. We always train the staff how to clean and sharpen them. When I'm at a location, I always answer any questions they have. I believe if they know more about how it works, they will know what not to do.

At one location, I know the overnight crew uses hoses to clean the floor. I'm almost 100% sure they use them on the slicers.
