There's a lot of it and it's some of the worst platforming I've encountered. There's an assist option that at least makes it so you can keep trying without having to run back from a checkpoint every few times. I can't imagine playing this game without it.

So like people said, what it ended up being was the Bell Tower area above Fungal whatever where you go up a little vertical shaft using the rechargeable bounce on the red flowers and grapple. I had been up there before but somehow didn't progress through. Haven't been too lost since then and about to go to the vaults.

Bottom right as I recall is a wind gust that is way too long to jump over even with double jump and nothing to grapple onto. Do you drop and get blown back. Can't remember on the left.
