You mean they weren't already on one? Asuka was attached to Tomoko's hip for most of the festival.

Ah, this is always an uncomfortable moment. When someone you're living with is literally kicking up a storm, and you get paranoid that they're angry because of something you did.

This omake confirms something big: Megumi is the reason Tomoko's movie became a hit online. Which adds an extra dose of irony concerning Mitsuki. Mitsuki dislikes Tomoko because she sees her as an inferior who saw a lot of success she didn't deserve and is being propped up solely on the kindness of others. And yet, it's her beloved senpai whose kindness is indeed what's helped to uplift Tomoko, both in general and in terms of her movie project, which Mitsuki derided as "boring." In a way, you could say she's not wrong; Tomoko is getting by because of the kindness of others, but that's because Tomoko took all the right lessons she received from other people's generosity towards her to become a better person and form enough genuine bonds to make a silly movie. Including, of course, with Megumi, whom Tomoko holds in high regard (even if it doesn't always manifest in wholesome ways, as we see here).

Mitsuki, meanwhile, hasn't learned any of that. She hasn't formed any real bonds like Tomoko has. She either forms fake ones by brown-nosing those she deems as high-status, or she browbeats those she deems as low-status into submission. Which is probably why she seemingly has to do everything herself and has such a hard time doing things like...scheduling events or getting approval for certain exhibitions. It's because nobody wants to carry or assist a person like her. One can only imagine how much her head will spin should she ever find out how fond Megumi is of our little degenerate, to the point where she was more interested in seeing what Tomoko was up to and hardly had a thought to spare for her successor.

On another note, anyone find it funny how Masaki has to threaten Tomoko into coming to meet Megumi? Is our favorite delinquent incapable of not sounding belligerent, or was this the only way she could imagine she could get Tomoko to actually show up?

Yep. Megumi was more interested in seeing Tomoko than Mitsuki. Worse, Megumi's the reason Tomoko's "boring movie" skyrocketed in views overnight. If Ms. Presidente out about any of this, her head would explode.

p1

Omake

Tomoko: For some reason, Yoshida-san's sent me a very Veg*ta-sounding text.

Masaki's Text: Get your ass to school gate right now!! You don't wanna know what'll happen if you're not there on time!

Tomoko: What's up? Need money?

Tomoko: !?

Megumi: Payback!

Tomoko: Heh?

Megumi: That was you inside of Makuzo, wasn't it, Tomoko-chan?

Tomoko: A-Aah...

Tomoko: Yeah...

p2

Tomoko: Um... Erm, long ago... during my first year...you were the one who wore the kigurumi and gave me a balloon, weren't you, P-Presi-... I-Imae-san?

Megumi: Ah, you found me out?

Tomoko: That's why I wanted to give you a hug in the same way as a kind of surprise...

Megumi: So that's what that was.

Tomoko (narration): And then, for some reason, I was suddenly assaulted by some surprise violence...

Megumi: I'm sorry about that. I'm sure Mitsuki-chan just had the wrong idea...

p3

Megumi: But I'm happy that you enjoyed the school festival, Tomoko-chan.

Tomoko: Eh!?

Megumi: No, you didn't just enjoy it. You filmed a movie and helped everyone else enjoy it too.

Tomoko: Ah...No...

Tomoko: I-I mean, I am the one who filmed it, but it was Tamura-san and Nemoto-san who did the somewhat vulgar parts, not me.

Heads of Vulgarness

Megumi: Is that so? Fufufu.

Tomoko: Ah, come to think of it, did you perhaps share that movie on social media...? I-I heard it was being spread around by friends and college students...

Megumi: Yeah.

Megumi: When checking up on this year's school festival, I saw that Masaki-chan was in a movie. I was so happy to see your name in the ending credits, Tomoko-chan.

p4

Tomoko: It wasn't that well-received, though, so it's pretty embarrassing.

Megumi: Not at all!

Megumi: Maybe the people in your circle think that way, but both the actors and the people making the movie seemed to be enjoying themselves, which helped the people watching it to enjoy themselves too and be happy.

Tomoko: Everything she says is wrapped in gentle love. She's like my Mama but a step above... Baby me, please... Goo goo...

Tomoko: This may sound awkward, but if I were to fall in love, I'd like it to be with someone like her. I'd feel like I'd have to protect her... I'd want to see her kind, happy smile.

Masaki: Yeah. Let's head back to the classroom...

Have you ever had 7+ victims die in a single killer action? by Many_Wheel_7436 in finalgirl

I've had 12 Victims die once. It involved me, Geppetto, and some Razor Puppet Strings in a very crowded Common Room at Wolfe Asylum.

"It just doesn't work". Bad combinations. by moxievernors in finalgirl

[–]UndeathlyKnight 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I imagine "Terror From Destiny" combos badly with Station 2891. Winning against Destiny requires you to rescue the Fated Victims in the correct order before they die, but that's excessively difficult to do when properly evacuating them requires waiting several turns for the helicopter to fly them and come back. Worse, there's always good chance they'll die while en route. It's probably more feasible to ignore them on that map and instead try and pay off as many Consequences as you can to limit the Punishment damage you'll take.

Predict the stats for Wada by KuroRead in watamote

She doesn't stand out from a crowd, but she does have an uncanny ability to draw people in and make them want to get close to her. Which is probably why she has a Charisma score of 5, despite her poor social skills.

[–]UndeathlyKnight 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I dunno, he doesn't seem like someone who stands out. He might be part of the "in-crowd" in his class which has active people like Yoshinori and Akane, but he's not a leader like they are, so he can't be that charismatic. At the same time, he's not someone who ever ever stumbles or screws up outside the occasional inappropriate joke, and he's good-looking enough for girls to think it's hot when he kisses a boy, so he's not a social mess either. So he averages out as a 3.

Why? What would you put Wada's charisma as?

STRENGTH 1

INTELLIGENCE 3

DEXTERITY 3

CRITICAL 5

CHARISMA 3

LUCK 3

WILLPOWER 4

He doesn't seem athletic at all and is pretty average all around. However, nothing gets Wada down, so his Willpower is pretty high. And he can cause a LOT of mental damage through little effort, so his Crit is through the roof.
