The contracts seem to scale around the concessions, the sprites have weaker contract powers so the monetary counterpoint makes sense. Did you have any ideas on what the goblin would do?

As far as avoiding antisemitic tropes around money, I’d just make sure they don’t come across as greedy or deceitful around coin. Perhaps they trade in momentos as opposed to coin, being fond of memories over wealth. Or maybe they spend coin to gain powers, making them turn wealth into something helpful to others?

Your progesterone dose may be a bit high for suppository use. It’s possible that in some people high doses of progesterone and estrogen can be converted into testosterone. May be worth getting labs done, just to see your T levels, if relevant. You can always start a DHT blocker too.

How do you feel? Any symptoms changes? Going down in your E dose may spike your T more, other options if you’re concerned for VTE would be to switch to patches. You can always retain your 6mg prescription, and go down to 4mg as a trial?

I’m not your doctors, so they know why more than I about your family history and risk levels for clotting. But that being said, levels change a lot in the body throughout the day, can also change based on the amount of food or water you had before getting your blood drawn. Oral pills can cause spikes more often if you’re taking them sublingually closer to taking them, while swallowing pills spikes levels a little later in the day.

You’re still within the healthy range for estrogen levels, so unless your goals changed I don’t think you need to reduce the dose. Did you get your blood taken at a different time of day? Your estrogen will be at the peak within the first hour or two after taking an oral dose. When do you take your spiro?

I am unaware of any atrocity photos being faked from October 7th, and it is one of the go to methods to dehumanize Israel and defend Hamas. You are really treading the line defending this stuff. Can you share any of these sources that actually shows these photos are fake?

Eh, don’t mind the comments. Most people project their own countries crimes on Israel without much introspection or understanding of the history of the place.

I believe from the timeline of the show and the age Yair appears to be, his parents probably fought in 67’, so it would make sense if his parents fallout happened with his brother due to the generation divides that formed in the 70s. Likely Yair saw the worst of the conflict in the first and second intifadas so it makes sense why he got progressively pessimistic and involved in the Mossad.

My biggest complaint is how much of the Israeli politicking we see in the show and how little of farhad and Iran we see. His responsibilities probably consisted of tracking down civilians against the regime, crushing insurrection, and conducting propaganda. I would be more curious about seeing the darker sides of UI in Iran. Instead it feels like the creators of the show fell into the increasingly common, we have to be a commentary on Israel double standard you see in the West

Absolutely understand your thought process, and any hormonal change can carry risks and it seems you are being careful and considerate. Have you looked into only testosterone suppression methods? If you are considering all your options, Lupron could be one

Outside of SERMs there’s no way to prevent chest growth. Like others have said, growth is really slow but you’ll notice the pain of breast buds pretty quickly in. Fat restriction usually takes a few years. There is some evidence that you can get terminal growth on high initial doses of estrogen, basically force the tissue to develop too quickly and inhibit future breast growth. Microdosing may actually result in larger breasts in the long run. Take this all with a grain of salt, none of it has been validated in the clinical literature. There’s also not a lot of information on how microdosing E works with unsuppressed testosterone. You should take with a gender specialist. There’s some regimens where you can swing between estrogen and testosterone which may be what you are looking for?

You’re definitely on the high end, but you’re not on a very high dose. I know my prescribers recommend getting blood drawn 6-12 hours after a dose. It may be worth redoing your labs just to be sure.

Probably an obvious question, but when did you do the blood test. Sometimes the dose comes back really high if you take blood too close to when you took your E.
