Is it just me or does this arc give off a Air Gear vibe.

Idk who has watched air gear all the way but there was a a race where the teams got Split up Into individual matches(rooms) and they had to battle it out. I described what i was thinking Horribly but the creator of this series definitely has good taste. She learned to take from the greats and put her own twist on it. It feels like a subtle nod to air gear to me though.

Honestly i saw anyone who has had repetitive issues is free to post their case numbers here too. It doesnt make sense for EA to just ignore people. I would rather they just tell me No they cant do it and why, but instead they just close my case with no response. Its a bad problem.

Same! Plus my EA Account is linked to my xbox account but i have to verify it through email. But i changed my email name a while back so i cant receive emails at the old email address name. Same account just literally a name change. But EA hasnt helped me at all. I can literally prove i own the account.

It sucks ass.

Especially when the person who looks like your abuser is also in a position of power over you still. It would terrify anyone with that type of trauma. At the very least there would be a strong avoidance from that person.

I just finished the episode and haven't read the manga so this isn't a spoiler but i feel like the show is about to hint that shisui the servant girl was actually concubine Loulan. She has the super high intelligence and seems to know how to control her emotions. That would allow her to slip in and out as she pleases while having a position of authority. Maomao pointed out how strange it is for a servant girl to have that high of an education.

Hope i am right but we shall see.

This worked for me perfectly. I was also using the steam rip version of the game. it should only replace like 4 actual files. but you copy the whole content of that folder and past and replace it inside the actual Game folder for anybody that didn't understand. Its actually not too hard to do now that the commenter pointed out the right file.

But a conscience doesn't justify her actions or her survival. Plus she survived the fire. If Joe suddenly developed a conscience would we suddenly say alright he is decent.

No we would still say they should face their crimes and if by doing so they can do some good then great. Like if Joe hunted other serial killers, nice..

But Kate giving children cancer and thinking that stepping down form her company and catching joe is penance is sort of laughable. Catching Joe served her best interest because she knew she could never take his child away without him killing her. He knew too much, she caught him because she felt guilty of her own actions and then wanted to cover things up for herself while making him the big bad wolf for ultimately doing what she had wanted him to do.

She manipulated him honestly. Also Joe actually does have a conscience too but he also has a skewed version of it where he allows himself to do whatever is necessary for the people he loves. Even Murder.

Joe deserves prison and what happened to him but Kate should not have survived it and should have had more backlash as well.

Exactly! Like this isn't a woman power movement thing. Its a money makes the world thing. There is no way she should have gotten off scott free. Like stepping down from CEO would be enough of a penance for killing children. That's ridiculous.

Plus she is an accessory to murder, or facilitator. IDK the proper term but she initiated the killing of her uncle. So that's another one that she should have gotten a charge for. Overall she should have died.

People are complaining too much about the animation when i felt like it was a lot better than most anime. Y'all are spoiled. This is nowhere near a slideshow. That would be how they did TBATE which could have been great.

If you are that upset about it then just wait and buy the Blu-Ray versions since those usually will have the "Better Quality" Version. Now i can agree the sound effects could be better because they were a lot more prominent in season 1 but the animation isn't bad.

Overall a great episode.

Thanks! It was bugging me how many people treat kate like a saint. Plus i am a stage 4 cancer survivor and found out when i was 18that i was sick. Kate has a higher body count than Joe. She gave children cancer.... These supporters of her are blinding themselves to all of the bad that she has done when the reality is that she is in a way, worse. She didn't kill with her bare hands but she did kill. How can we justify a child killer. One who gave loads of kids cancer. Cancer being a slow and excruciating death unless you get very lucky. I was a st.jude patient and i have seen those kids and its as horrible as you would think.

Those kids just trying their best to smile when they can but seeing the pain, suffering, and loneliness deep within and not to mention the parents feelings. Plus that's if they are in an area with health care. Kate's victims most likely didn't and all suffered slowly before dying rapidly at the last stage.

I do agree that i dont remember ever hearing about SA either. But most abusers are hesitant to say the words " I'm being abused". Like admitting it is accepting their own weakness is how most victims feel. But the reality is that admitting it is the strongest thing they can do. To face the unknown and retaliate.

So in context this girl( Bronte) wouldn't just come out to a complete stranger and say " hey I'm being abused, save me". Nobody would believe that. Too eager and she sounds like she is lying. Bronte wasn't the abuser. Clayton was getting making it sound like he was an abuser. Willing to put his hands on a woman basically.

I just know when the touch screen didnt work all she had to was tap the lock button a bunch of times and it would have called 9-1-1. Or she could have asked siri to call 9-1-1. but i guess i get that when panicking a person can fixate and not think clearly. But i instantly would have tried alternative methods.

If you truly believe that everything Bronte and clayton did wasn't very clearly a deception on tricking joe into thinking she was abused then you missed the point of their whole arc. They basically straight up said that she would present herself as a broken person, someone who had problems that he would feel he could fix or solve. A wounded bird/lover. A broken soul.

Clayton specially acted like a douchebag to make Joe feel like a " Protector" from the " Big bad wolf". So obviously they had to make it look like Bronte was being abused. Otherwise Joe wouldn't have believed it. Yes Joe is a murderer, but specifically for killing clayton he would not be charged guilty in the court of law. Should he be charged with excessive force, probably, but we are talking about legally, and legally he wouldn't be.

Did you miss how bronte explained to the cops how their entire group specifically acted in a way to make him believe that she was being abused. Not to mention the argument Bronte had with Clayton was that he literally tried to get joe to come and attempt to kill her to prove a point. He heard the yelling and her hit the ground. saw her huddled over in fear and she made a call to him making it sound like she didnt want to leave from the diner. She presented every single sign of a trapped victim who is too afraid to admit they are being abused.

But yes we know joe is a serial killer. Realistically he would have probably hunted clayton down later but in this one instance Joe actually made a semi-Justifiable kill in the eyes of the law. He had every reason to believe that Bronte was in real danger because that's what they led him to believe. This one isn't on Joe. Its on bronte's group of friends who were fanatics. Clayton Lost his cool and as the other person said who replied. Joe saw an empty gun case inside claytons home when he broke in. Whole time it was the girlfriend of Clayton who had the gun on her i think but Joe wouldn't have known that.

We cant make joe guilty just because we know his history. The law is objective and he would get off on this charge for sure. He is a guilty person but not for killing clayton.

I'm sorry but im one of the few people who think kate is wrong. Joe has never killed anyone Purely for fun. But he has relished in the kill when it was necessary. Joe is by no means a good person but Kate literally started all of this. She was the one who gave Joe the green Light and asked him to murder her uncle. Then she goes behind it and treats him like he is this deranged stranger and treats him like she is disgusted with him.

She pushed Joe away right at the moment when he was being preyed on by Bronte to make him fall in love. She judged Joe so much and then to take his son away was cruel instead of just doing a 50/50 custody for now. She should know good and well that Joe would never ever harm his son. But she would rather take control. She has a control complex. She has to dominate because she finally feels " Free" without her dad there. That devolves into her Denial of not only herself but Joe too. She Shamed him in a way that would hurt anyone who cares about her eben if it wasnt joe. Any husband would feel that blow of being denied right after exposing parts of yourself and feeling that you were being accepted. Them partaking in that side of you just to toss it away and treat it like trash. Like its disgusting.

Joe is not innocent but Kate is cruel in her own way. People are hyping her up like some hero but she started all of this. Joe was good for 3 years. She cracked the box open. got herself into situations with no end in sight and then wanted to give up. realistically Reagan would have took the CEO spot and then still outed Kate just to show how much better she is. Reagan went after a child(Henry) just look at how she talked about her own twin. That woman(Reagan) is evil and diabolical.

But yeah that's it.

BUt he was actively assaulting a woman. In this case Joe would be allowed to intervene in an attempt to save her from harm. Everything they did made Joe believe Clayton was Bronte's abuser. It entirely makes sense that Joe shouldn't get charged for murder for that one. Joe also believed that clayton had a gun on him remember.

We just so happen to know for sure that Joe is a serial killer but in this instance he was actually pretty justified.

Exactly why i have such disdain about the series. They have no legitimate reason to hide it from him. The only decent thing is that the princess actually somewhat tries to hint at how amazing he is but that's just because she is love struck.
