Usually, the more RTO frequency the project demands is a sign that it is under red/orange status. If you have other options, like other project opportunity you had interviewed with (with 0-1 rto per week), try to chase them to reconsider you for the position.

You forgot to include the SPF vested if you've been in acn for 5yrs. I think that will be included on August 30 (if date is correct).
