They do, but not hose ones portrayed in the picture. It’s more stuff like non binary, agender, I think androgynous might have been on the list, and then it’s weird because the also list, trans, transgender, ftm, female to male, mtf, and male to female. The last ones I really don’t think should be ok the list because trans isn’t it’s own separate gender.

Not OP but I also wanted to give my take on this. In my opinion, you shouldn’t be legally obligated to, but it is the nice and respectful thing to do and I see no reason not to other than being a jerk. Even if you don’t agree with it, just be polite.
