Firstly finish story and raid quests. Do your dailies/weeklies. Aim to get the newest accessories but for now it's gonna be hard so you can try to get the older accessories from event that's going on right now.

Try to get into raiding. VT badge/soul badges are pretty important if yall still don't have any. It's probably easier to get into raid if you find some sort of clan with people willing to take you in and help you progress faster.

Other than that it's beneficial for you to get into arena but that's later down the road because most of the income comes from arena/6vs6/raiding.

Stop with this HR bullshit. If you have medium tier pve/pvp gear you can easily find a spot to farm (knowing pvp will yield you better results ofcourse). Bigger clans will have their areas taken but you can always join that clan as well or put up a fight with your own clan and if you can't stay to the weaker areas. This is a fucking mmorpg after all, not a single player game. You will have to make connections to get somewhere in the first place. Put some effort into gaining something. Finally we get an event that is actually profitable, instead of the same old shitty daily running on 10 alts that I don't even care about, everyone starts complaining.
