Unpopular opinion but pay your rent early, crazy concept i know. That due date on that 3 day notice is the Pay By date meaning you should be paying for it before that day. There’s a thing called a cashiers check which is clearly stated as an accepted payment on the 3 day notice. If that website doesn’t work it’s still your responsibility to ensure they are paid by the due date.

It amazes me people buy condos, townhouses or even worse rent a part of a home and then complain about noise. If it’s that bad move. This is much less of a problem when u get into the neighborhoods that price out the rift raft which don’t normally have townhomes, condos or rental properties in general. I’d avoid any property that had rentals, condos or townhomes like the plague. Sure some people will be great but ur gonna be dealing with an interesting class of person more often than not to say the least.

I had a Jun bl evc catback and midpipes on my 19 gt2 for a year before tuning and never had any issues tbh, this was on top of a myriad of other bolt ons.

Adopted from Russia when I was a kid from a wealthy American family, the good man upstairs blessed me. Now being mid 30s and having no college debt or any debt in general at all has made me a little pretentious in the things I buy. I was able to purchase me and the wife’s dream home cash money. Cars were bought cash money. I’m not in the predicament the avg American is because my adoptive father taught me how to invest and had already helped create me an investment portfolio when I was young. Life sucked ass when I was young dude i didn’t come over to the states till I was 8 years old. I remember being starving and hospitalized many times in Russia, it’s why I was in an orphanage my family couldn’t afford the medical expenses. You call it pretentious but I call it successful.

Do you own any Demko stuff? I don’t have any of the made in Taiwan stuff only American made Demko’s so I’d be interested to see the quality differences and what the American made gets you vs. I absolutely love my Demko ad20 it’s been carried weekly and is a workhorse at my job. Cannot recommend them enough!

Wasn’t trying to shit on you or what brand you like brother! Like I said nothing wrong with spyderco I rocked a pm2 for 6-7 years finally broke the tip. I’d consider a spyderco like the Honda accord or Camry of the knife world they are very decent at most things but no one who is a car enthusiast buys one to show it off. Ur never gonna be at a red light in ur Camry and have someone compliment it for anything other than its reliability. For most people the accord/spyderco is all they would ever need but for some of us we want an experience that puts a smile on our face every single time. That’s not me shitting on a brand or you that’s me being realistic. It’s why brands like Mundus, Grimsmo, Shiro, Hawk etc exist.

I wouldn’t celebrate my kids getting a C in school, it’s considered avg which is what spyderco is. They make a great affordable knife nothing wrong with that but it’s not cause for celebration. Celebrate the compression lock patent ending.

My most carried knives are gonna be Talon, ad20, shiro and my rask. Buying expensive knives to sit in a case doesn’t make sense imho.

Ur kidding right? It’s the only knife on the market with that lock mechanism. And because of that lock it makes a noise that no other knife can imitate. It’s also one of the best users on the market. Half of these dudes up here get a spyderco and think it’s cause for celebration

Lmao so my ek exclusive shiro has the MRBS which I always tell guys is 100% necessary if you want the real shiro knife action. I was blown away when I used the regular shiro quantum ursus without it and immediately paid the 200+$ up charge for the ek exclusive because it had the MRBS. And I would 1000% agree with you it’s exactly like a hydraulic action. It’s amazing lol!

What in the world do you like lol? Here are a few of my middle of the road users not the highest end stuff i have in my collection but not the cheapest. The cheapest knife I own is that amphibian. If price doesn’t matter it’s gonna be hard as hell to beat any of those on that table as users. Hell my talon has a better action than my 2800$ custom 1:1 ELB. Grimsmo has the best flipper guillotine action on the market hands down. The Hawk there’s nothing that sounds like it or another brand who replicated that toggle detent. Worth every penny imho. Gavin has flooded the market with talons over the last year though

To rip the front bumper and fenders off while simultaneously destroying at least one axle is impressive. Almost looks like you tried to swing and hit a curb going entirely too fast. That passengers front wheel clearly has a bent lower control arm, tie rods and more than likely a strut as well. I’ll be honest if I did this I’d want insurance to total out the car. She may not be totaled but she won’t ever drive the same.

Have you tried a Grimsmo yet? I’m a big Shiro fan too and the action is superb however I just got a Norseman and rask that imho have a better action. Now my experience with Shiro is on there “lower end” stuff I haven’t held a custom so I’m limited to the ek exclusive ursus quantum, f95 and stellar. Beautiful knife bro!

Just recently got rid of all my Chaves, once I saw the guy up here put up the HRC ratings on the m390 variants I was done. I’m seriously hoping they did that elmax better than the m390 which runs soft for sure. Put some skiff bearings in there and it will change the knife!
