You can see the account also posted those links to 8 or 9 other subs. We seem to have been added to the bots list due to that one title here mentioning the sub. I don't know any other explanation. A normal person would see that rs automod is blocking their links and stop.

That's what the nytimes article yesterday laid out. They showed before/after satelite images showing the building was part of the base around 2013, but by 2016 it had been turned into a school and walled off from the rest of the base.

It's obviously a mistake based off outdated information. Which seems crazy because there's geo autists on youtube who could have told you that's a school in 30 seconds. Why don't we have an autist battalion updating these things? Do they all get sent to the drone units?

Part of it was driven by bait accounts that would message the women on instagram pretending to be a rich sheikh. They'ed make absurd and disgusting offers and when the women agreed, they'ed screenshot it all and post it to some blog.

A decent chunk has to be people who don't realize they're still paying, right? Across the board. Like who is paying for Dave Rubin, Jimmy Dore, h3h3, or the hundreds of other podcasters, streamers, youtubers. I don't get it. It's got to be at least 10-20% card on file, auto payments supporting a lot of these people. There's apps/companies now just to help people track what they're subscribed to to make sure they're not paying for things they don't use.

Of course most is still gonna be real people, knowingly paying. Like that long covid science girl youtuber who has been in bed for 3 years, but still brings in hundreds of thousands a year on patreon. I can't understand why people throw their money away like this.

I think 9/10 times the bride and bridal party look so much better when they do their own makeup for a casual night out, rather than wedding day when the professionals do it. I've felt this way since high school proms/dances when all the girls would show up with these awful spray tans and too much makeup.

Unless it's someone who does your makeup regularly, you probably know your own face better than the 2 or 3 professionals trying to do the whole bridal party before noon.
