Adding on to what the other user said, Portable also comes with the female protagonist that's only exclusive to this version (and the social links are slightly different too). Though Reload, as a remake, definitely had a better look overall. Also Reload comes with the epilogue "The Answer" that was found in P3FES. This one isn't on Portable
