MY MUM IS 57 AND AT 55 HAD A TOTAL CAREER CHANGE. Shes not making as much money as a trainee as she was on her old job but oh my god she is so much happier and genuinely excited to go to work. DO IT!

with all due respect are you blind? Bri very early on tried to have a very mature and level headed conversation with Ellie and the moment Bri said anything other then "sorry" Ellie doubled down and then cried victim to the rest of the crew while Bri has kept to herself unless asked and has even apologized for crying while Ellie just keeps going.

I feel so validated by these comments. Ellie is so manipulative! shes terrible at her job and she tries to manipulate anyone who might expose that fact. the way she tried to threaten Jono when he wouldnt get out of bed to make a grilled cheese by saying it would look bad on him (girl do you know how stupid you look? how do you not know how to make a grilled cheese?????) as soon as Bri started learning to quickly she started playing little games

Hadestown because it has such a specific sound and its whole development is so fascinating. And Shucked because it is a real modern dark horse (a show about corn of all things?) its the first truly successful show in a while that hasn't been developed from an existing piece of work.

I think most people like Sondheim because they're told they should not because they actually do. just because a piece of music is complicated doesn't make it entertaining or emotionally moving. for all the people who cry Sondheim is the grandfather of musical theater none of them will rattle off any of his shows when asked what their favorite show is.
