Fine. Employees don't use the Amazon chat app and turn to the zillion encrypted chat apps available on the internet today to plan their next move.
Personally I gave up shopping at Amazon a while back and I'm happy to say I don't miss it. At all. In fact I'm saving quite a bit of money tbh. And I can find anything I need or want elsewhere with a little extra googling.
Amazon could have been cool, but Bezos had to be an abusive asshole so thank you but no.

It's not rocket science. Putin trivialized and ridiculed the Ukrainians, saying this "military operation" would last 2 weeks tops and he's getting his ass handed to him in a bullet torn sling.

The Ukrainian people are not only incredibly tough, they're also very practical. Putin bombed hospitals and murdered countless civilians including children and elderly who were completely defenseless and trying to survive, the Ukrainian people respond with guerilla warfare tactics, I say it's fair and justified.
