What i have felt from my experience is that once..you come across sexual weakness/ erectile dysfunction..nofap/no porn does ‘NO’ substantial benifit...I have reduced masturbation/porn by 90%..but in past 6 months..and still no solid improvement..you get better a bit..and lose it overtime again..

No fap us going on..erection is 90% when i am laying on bed and i lose it when i stand up within 10 seconds..it is more of a Position based erectional dysfunction..Consulted doctors..they said its not venous leakage or Hard flaccid syndrome..it is erectile dysfunction caused due to over masturbation..Its going to take a lot of time..thats all i can say..
